Standardize order, shipping, label, quality and other business-document flows between manufacturers and tier-one and tier-two suppliers with EDI, and monitor the processes in one structure.

PRODUCTION DEPENDS ON DATA

Production Cannot Wait for Delayed or Incorrect Document Flows

In the automotive supply chain, manufacturers and tier-one and tier-two suppliers participate in the same production plan through different systems. Breaks in order, shipping and quality documents push operations teams towards manual checks and repeated data entry.

EDI carries this document traffic between systems through defined formats and communication protocols.

STANDARDS AND CONNECTIVITY

Bring Existing Systems Together in a Shared Data Language

The automotive sector uses different document formats and communication protocols depending on the region and trading partner. MAP infrastructure provides transformation flexibility between these structures.

OTOEDI supports EDIFACT and VDA formats, while MAP infrastructure can transform custom file types such as IDOC, XML, CSV and TXT.
