Retail Cloud EDI Solution

Manage Retail Orders on One Platform with EDIPORT

EDIPORT is MAP's Web EDI solution for managing the web-based exchange of orders, delivery notes, invoices, stock and sales data between retail chains and suppliers on one platform.

EDIPORT is MAP's retail Web EDI solution: suppliers receive orders from Turkish retail chains on one web screen. All connected chains send orders (ORDERS) via EDI; delivery notes, invoices and similar documents are sent from the same screen only if the chain asks for them. No ERP is needed; you start in the browser.

RETAIL DOCUMENT FLOW

Tracking becomes harder when orders are spread across channels

Tracking orders through a separate platform or email for each retail chain makes it harder to consolidate incoming documents, find the right record and monitor shipment steps.

EDIPORT brings orders together on a shared platform and enables documents such as delivery notes, invoices, stock and sales reports to be exchanged electronically and data to be transferred systematically.

Short answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I work with a retail chain via EDI without an ERP?

Yes. EDIPORT is a Web EDI solution; you see the chain's order in the browser. If the chain wants a delivery note, the order details are filled in automatically and you enter only the note number and shipped quantities.

Which documents do Turkish retail chains send via EDI?

All chains connected to EDIPORT send orders (ORDERS) via EDI; this is the main flow on the supplier side. Delivery notes, invoices, goods receipts or stock and sales reports are exchanged only when the chain requests them. Ask the chain's supplier team in writing which documents it needs.

How many retail chains is EDIPORT connected to?

EDIPORT connects 30+ of Turkey's leading retail chains with their suppliers through the MAP Data Exchange Network. Ask us about the chain you want to work with.

Does EDIPORT issue the e-Dispatch Note (e-İrsaliye) or the e-Invoice?

No. The e-Dispatch Note and e-Invoice are legal documents reported to the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB) and are issued through your own GİB method or special integrator; MAP is not a GİB special integrator. EDIPORT carries the electronic order exchange with the chain and, if the chain asks, the delivery note and invoice data.

Can I move from EDIPORT to ERP integration as my order volume grows?

Yes. With MAP's B2B/EDI integration, orders land directly in your ERP and the documents the chain asks for are sent from the ERP. Integration can be done with all ERP systems.
