OPERATIONAL VISIBILITY

Where and when did the issue occur in the EDI flow?

As incoming and outgoing documents move between different systems and trading parties, operations teams need to track a document's current status and history from the same record.

MAP Monitor provides a control point for monitoring your entire EDI flow. Suppliers can access the same data within their permissions, allowing all parties to resolve issues from a shared record.
